Hi all,

Thank you for coming and engaging in three hours of intense, enlightening, and dynamic discussion! For those who weren’t able to attend, we had two main discussions/activities: racism in ultimate and Lish’s work on behalf of the Aviators.

Below is the image with some notes/thoughts the group had on racism in ultimate. This discussion was dynamic and very engaging so I’ll just note here that these brief bullet points do not adequately represent the time we spent discussing. But I wanted to share it for transparency purposes.

The second item here is notes from the discussion with Lish about her work on behalf of the Aviators. These NOTES contain a link to the powerpoint presentation she put together and some of the talking points she had. The second half of the document is notes from the group discussion where folks asked questions and responded to her presentation. Please feel free to follow up with me or Lish if you have additional questions or want clarification!
