- Facilities liaison (Mira Mesa HS Stadium)
Coordinate power, wifi, and media and in-stadium audio needs. Plan where trainer area, volunteer area, dude tent/table will be set up. Work with hospitality coordinator to make sure there is space for food trucks during lunch time and the Saturday player dinner. Schedule a training for the scoreboard operators.
- Fields and Water Coordinator
Responsible for directing setup and teardown at the fields and helping to organize field/water crew. During the day your team will fill up water jugs, drive around the fields, replace empty jugs with full ones, repair damaged fields (repainting lines or filling holes with sand). Also responsible for procuring ice for the weekend.
- Head of Admissions/Parking
Work with USAU and the facilities liaisons to figure out parking/admission fee collection (who is responsible, what is being charged, how many people needed for ticketing during day). Help coordinate admissions team.
