What is LAOUT Academy?
This is a low-pressure, welcoming place to practice ultimate and get better under the guidance of coaches.
Every week, we’ll spend time throwing, warm up together, and work through drills and concepts with coaches before finishing the night with a scrimmage. The goal is to give people a consistent place to practice skills, ask questions, try new things, and get meaningful reps in a supportive environment.
There’s no expectation that you attend every week, and you don’t need to be at any particular skill level to participate. Come when you can and get out of it what you need.
Who Should Join
Anyone who wants to practice.
Whether you’re learning the game, trying to sharpen your fundamentals, or already an experienced player looking for more reps, you’re welcome here.
The program is open to players of all genders and experience levels.

Where and When do we practice:
We practice Wednesday nights 8 – 10 PM at Rio De Los Angeles on a lit turf field.
