WHAT:
Whether you’re a seasoned ghost or a freshly risen zombie, join us for a day of thrilling plays, costume contests, and ghoulishly good times. Costumes are required—prizes await the best individual and team looks!
We have also partnered with the USC Helions – USC’s womens Ultimate program – with the goal to help them raise money for their goal of nationals and making Ultimate more accessible for women-matching players!
WHEN:
Saturday October 17th 2025. Rough event schedule:
- Captains’ Meeting: 9:45 AM
- First Game: 10:00 AM sharp
- Games conclude around 3:00 PM

Saturday: Hjelte Sports Center at 16200 Burbank Blvd, Encino, CA 91436
EXTRAS:
- Field water (bring your own bottles) will be provided. Please bring your bottle full of water to start each day as the hose hookup has been broken for a while out there so our water supply will be limited.
- Food and post-game activities TBA!
HOW MUCH?
- Registration by October 10th – $35
- Week of registration – $40
Make sure to bring your spookiest outfits!!! Prizes for best costume and best team costumes!
Financial Aid:
LAOUT is a non-profit dedicated to making Ultimate available to everyone in the community regardless of financial status. Financial aid can be requested by anyone who believes they need it. This includes people who can afford to pay partial fees. Please reach out to anthony.paoli@laout.org and let me know what, if anything, you can afford to pay. The process is entirely private.
So far in 2026 LAOUT has granted $1,600 in financial aid.
